A brand new Pretty Beach home constructed by an award-winning architectural building company has sold for a new suburb record, smashing the previous record by over $1 million dollars.
The property at 192 Araluen Dr was sold for a whopping $3 million, purchased by a local buyer who plans to live in the exceptional home.

Ms Baker said that the property was the definition of “high quality”.
“The original house was stripped back to the slab and completely rebuilt. The result is a premium home in an incredible location,” she said.
