A brand new Pretty Beach home constructed by an award-winning architectural building company has sold for a new suburb record, smashing the previous record by over $1 million dollars.

The property at 192 Araluen Dr was sold for a whopping $3 million, purchased by a local buyer who plans to live in the exceptional home.
